GoalMy career goal is to develop Chefology into a national 501(c)7 NonProfit in efforts to make the fundamentals of culinary education accessible to university students. Through Chefology I plan to educate on recipe scaling and execution, sourcing local ingredients, and creating personal budgets. My long term goal is to also develop a Hospitality Group to provide the students who take part in Chefology a place to complete internships and also create a scholarship program to pay it forward. I hope to provide others with inspiration to tackle their dreams no matter how daunting it may seem as many others have done for me.
